Q: How do you make your graphics?
A: I use Adobe Photoshop to make the graphics, and Adobe Imageready to animate them. I learned how to do different techniques and etc. by browsing the internet for PS tutorials.

A: I'm sorry, but I'm not taking requests as of right now.

A: Erm...no. Sorry, but I'm not into the whole 'fangirl' craze. I don't mind making regular icons of the cast members, but anything that is aimed at lovesick girls will not be featured on this site.

Q: Where do you get the pictures and brushes that you use on your graphics?
A: I get them at various places. For the photos, a lot of sites have tons of HQ images, but one of my main sources is thePHOTOBOX, and I get a lot of my icon brushes from 100x100 Brushes. For a full list of credits, please see here.

Q: What programs do you use?
A: As I said before, I use Adobe Photoshop and Imageready, and Ulead Video Studio to convert different video files so I can use them to make moving avatars and blends.

Q: Where can I get these programs?
A: Photoshop, unfortunatly, is very expensive, and if you're on a tight budget, you can try out Jasc Paint Shop Pro, which is a Photoshop-like program that can get you great results. But anyway. You can download free thirty day trial versions of Photoshop here. You can also google for 30 day trials of other versions of PS.

Q: Where can I host my graphics?
A: Imageshack.us and Photobucket.com are both good places to upload images, and are the most hassle-free.

Q: How do I get my avatar or signature blend into the appropriate place on a forum?
A: Please see this tutorial for more information on that.

Q: Do I need to credit you when I use your graphics?
A: No, credit is not required, as long as you're not posting them on your website (see here).

Q: What is 'hotlinking'?
A: Hotlinking is when you take an image from a site and then display that picture on another site or forum by using the first site's hosting. For instance, if you were to hotlink an image from mysite, the URL that you would have would look similar to this: "http://www.spareoom.net/images/blablabla.jpg". This is also called 'direct linking'.
Never, ever, ever hotlink another site's images, unless they say it is alright. Everytime you hotlink an image, it uses up the site owner's bandwidth, or web space. Bandwidth is expensive, and hotlinking can make the site be so difficult to run that the owner may shut down the site all together.
Don't hotlink. Save the image you'd like to use to your own computer and upload it to a comman image hoster instead. (Tutorial here). The site owner will really appreciate it! :)
