Four Thrones When Adam's Flesh and Adam's Bone sits at Cair Paravel in Throne, the evil time will be over and done. As spoken of in a prophesy, the Four Thrones sit empty in Cair Paravel; waiting for the two Sons of Adam and two Daughters of Eve to reign in them, signifying the end of the Witch's reign and the fulfillment of the Deep Magic. How long they sat empty in Cair Paravel is not known. In the movie, each throne is decorated with carvings symbolizing each of the Kings and Queens. Peter's symbol is Rhindon, his sword and gift from Father Christmas. Susan's symbol is her horn, also a gift from Father Christmas and foreshadowing the Horn's role in future Narnian events. Lucy's throne is decorated with an image of her Cordial from Father Christmas, signifying her role as the healer. Edmund, having no gift from Father Christmas, has his throne decorated with an image of his sword between the two broken shards of the White Witch's wand, honoring and symbolizing his vital role in the destruction of the Witch.
